Masterchef Season 3

I just watched Masterchef earlier today and I think the contestants of this season make for the most interesting character designs. They just came in all shapes and sizes and attitudes! Haha! I really want to do more of them but it's time for bed. Can you guys guess who these are?

Don't You Know I'm Loco?

I didn't think I'd turn this into a complete painting, but then I had some

extra free time from work.

Here's another sketch of the same guy that I used for reference.

Maybe I'll paint it too if I don't get lazy.

Good night for now.

Female Figures 2

Some more gestures, I just played with the tones a little with these.

(Edit: I've been drawing a lot the past couple of days, and i don't wanna clutter my blog with so many posts, so here's a few other figures that i did today. 10.26.12)

Female Figures

I almost forgot how much I used to love drawing the female figure.

(5 minute gestures)

P.S. Big props to Freddy Carrasco for the new brushes.

Sarap Diva OBB - Production Art

I recently just did the Animated Opening Billboard for GMA Network's new show called Sarap Diva. It shows every Saturday at 10:45 am. I worked on it for roughly 2 weeks, from draft storyboards to the final product. The deadlines were pretty tight, but I'm still happy with what I was able to come up with within that very short amount of time. (Plus of course, client revisions!)

Here are some of the Production Artwork.

Yearbook Caricatures!

I found some reaally interesting old pictures of people on the net

and i tripped on caricaturing some of them.

I have to admit i'm pretty happy with how this digital painting turned out.

(:

The others below are some of the other sketches i did.

The unfinished third one is the same one as the one on top, before i decided to redo it and turn it into a finished piece.

Here's a link to where i found them.

Rainy Days

In case you guys didn't hear, it's been raining non stop here in the Philippines the past week. Please pray for those who lost their homes, even lives from all the rain & flood. The sun just came out today though, I'm hoping everyone's alright.

Dog Nap

These drawings are just terrible please forgive me. Hahaha.
