Rapunzel's Lantern Paintings - Tangled

So I've been really into Tangled the past couple of months

 and have been obsessed with their pre-production & visual development artists since even before the movie came out here. I think also the main reason why I'm actually on blogspot is because once upon a time I found Victoria Ying's blog, and then later all the other Disney artists. So yeah, I'm a huge fan. Haha.

This is Rapunzel's wall paintings from the movie that we did on my sister's room. (hi Claire Keane if for some reason you happen to see this i love you guys forever. hahaha.) It took us the whole day to finish but I'm happy with how it came out so it's worth all the work.

Chiaroscuro

Just as promised! More uploads. 

I almost gave up on this early on cause i'm still having trouble with acrylics, but then i had nothing to do the whole day yesterday so i finished it anyway. Also i thought i've already used up too much paint for this so what a waste if i don't finish it. It was good practice. Enjoy.

I Couldn't Sleep

Was already lying down earlier tonight, but i couldn't sleep cause i was thinking about my newly bought acrylics. Haha, just had to try them first before going to sleep. This is the first thing i saw on the table. Had some trouble with the cheap brushes i was using but i think it turned out okay.

I really really need to post more stuff up!
